Enter the Deutschland-Semesterticket

You can access the Deutschland-Semesterticket in the Portazon
app in various ways:

You can go over the widget „Public Transport Tickets“, which you can also arrange differently via drag & drop.

There is also a way via the Mobility button and then select Public Transport Tickets in the menu.

Book your ticket

Deutschlandticket

There are different booking options on the overview page.

  • You can book the 49 euro ticket by using the “Deutschland Ticket” tile to book your ticket as an existing or new SWT customer.
  • As a student at Hochschule Trier with a legitimation code, please select “Deutschland-Semesterticket” in the same place in the app and secure your ticket.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to book the Deutschlandticket.

STEP 1

  • As a student, you must first enter the legitimation code from Studiwerk to book the Deutschland-Semesterticket. These are only issued once per semester and are valid for the entire semester period.
  • Without a code, the Deutschland-Semesterticket cannot be booked. If you lose the code, please contact Studiwerk Trier. If you have any difficulties redeeming the legitimation code, please contact our support team at service@portazon.de.

  • After entering the legitimation code, the student can choose from their existing contracts with SWT in the Portazon app (e.g. SWT Komfort-Parken).
  • If the student does not yet use an SWT service in the Portazon app, they can enter their name and address via “Kundenkonto anlegen”.
  • On the last page, all details of the Deutschland-Semesterticket are summarized and the Deutschland-Semesterticket can be booked by agreeing to SWT’s general terms and conditions, cancellation policy and data protection regulations via the checkbox.

And now the Deutschland-Semesterticket is active and can be accessed directly via the entry points of the first slide.

  • The Deutschland-Semesterticket is not a subscription and the QR code is identical for the entire period.
  • It expires automatically at the end of the semester.
  • If the ticket was booked by students of Universität Trier before April 1st, a placeholder will initially be displayed. The QR code will only appear automatically from the start of the semester.
